CoCo the Nanday Conure

Interesting Fact: Nanday Conures have a reputation for having a loud harsh voice.

CoCo came to the Ranch from Santa Rosa after the divorce of her owners.

Nanday Conures are native to Brazil and Paraguay. People are often impressed with their beauty and then surprised by their harsh voice.

CoCo is no exception and is used in our animal assisted therapy program only with adult outdoor functions on patios or when there are other outside activities.

CoCo is very colorful and animated and her visual appeal is popular at Senior Centers and Nursing Homes.
